Five years ago, Everdurance was founded with a clear purpose, to make sustainability more accessible, practical, and impactful for businesses, schools, and communities. This February 2025, as we celebrate our 5th anniversary, we reflect on how far we have come, the challenges we have overcome, and the opportunities that lie ahead.
Our journey so far
Everdurance began with a simple yet powerful idea: sustainability should be integrated into everyday business operations rather than seen as an additional challenge. Over the years, we have worked with businesses, hospitality enterprises, and organisations to help them reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, and build a more sustainable future.
As industries and communities strive to become more sustainable, Everdurance continues to support and guide them with practical solutions and collaborative initiatives.
We’ve pushed boundaries, tackled challenges, and made sustainability more than just a trend, it’s a way of life.
The team behind Everdurance
Everdurance would not be where it is today without a dedicated team committed to sustainability and business growth. Each person plays a vital role in ensuring that we continue to drive real impact.
Callum Mather – Founder & Director As the driving force behind Everdurance, Callum focuses on developing long-term sustainability strategies, working closely with businesses and partners to create lasting change.
Louise Hamilton – Sales & Business Growth. Louise leads our business partnerships, helping organisations integrate sustainable practices while also achieving their business goals.
Sharisda Navarro – Marketing & Engagement. Sharisda ensures that our work reaches the right audience, creating campaigns that educate, engage, and inspire communities to take action.
The commitment of our team, along with the support from our partners and clients, has allowed us to make sustainability more than just a conversation, it is an actionable movement.
The reality behind the work
Building a business focused on sustainability has come with its challenges, but it has also been an incredibly rewarding journey. To mark our fifth anniversary, we took a moment to reflect on what it is like to work at Everdurance.
Our latest videos offer a glimpse into:

Behind-the-Scenes Bloopers, because while our mission is serious, the journey has also been filled with lighter moments that remind us why we do what we do.
Looking Forward
As Everdurance moves into its sixth year, we remain focused on innovation, collaboration, and action. Sustainability is an ongoing effort, and we are proud to work alongside businesses, schools, and communities that share our vision for a better future.
Our Goals for 2025
As we step into 2025, Everdurance is more committed than ever to driving sustainability, collaboration, and better environmental practices.
This year, we aim to:
Help schools save 500 meals for students through smarter food waste management.
Support 15 impactful events that align with our mission for a greener future.
Unite industries to adopt better, more sustainable packaging solutions.
Collaborate with schools and recycling plants to promote education on the circular economy.
Create a sustainable Christmas with a pre-loved tree and upcycled, handmade decorations.
We want to continue to make a meaningful impact, not just within Everdurance but across industries and communities.
We are grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey, our team, our partners, and every organisation that has worked with us to make sustainability a reality.
Here’s to the next five years and beyond!!!
